Methamphetamine or Meth is a synthetic, man-made chemical-based drug, manufactured from poisonous chemicals and additives.

Personal use is one of the main effects this drug has within a property, due to the increase use of the drug some properties tested are returning high readings similar to that of a Meth lab setup.

Once the ingredients have been turned into Meth, a user will commonly smoke the poisonous and potentially deadly cocktail. If a positive test is returned, a more thorough test will be conducted to identify the areas that require remediation.
